also at the end of the OP, i think the girl in the ice-cream stand is the waitress from the cafe/resturaunt Cafe Poirot on the 1st floor of the Mouri building. we've seen her in two cases, 'The Fish Mail Pursuit' ep438... annnd the one where the waitress found a cellphone under the bench seat in Poirot... then she received 3 strange calls on that phone. Kogoro, Conan, and patrol-girl Yumi got involved in that one because a dead guy had a receipt from Poirot in his pocked but no ID. 'The Forgotten Cellphone' i think eps 350&351.
